We work in concert with our clients’ lawyers, accountants, and other advisors to serve as a trustee for a variety of trusts — marital trusts and credit-shelter trusts for a survivor spouse and children; charitable remainder and lead trusts; grantor retained annuity trusts (“GRATs”); special-needs trusts; and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
Our experienced administration team handles the ins and outs of managing your trust, including facilitating transfers from prior custodians, disbursing funds to third parties, managing special and unusual assets, and ensuring administration is compliant with trust terms and state law.
